Vendor Table Rates is a shipping method for marketplace extension that allows vendor to charge shipping fee to vendor based on weight, number of items or value of the order and the buyer shipping address.

II. Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu System -> Configuration. Click to Shipping Methods tab. Click to "Vendor Table Rates" to explain the field set.

• Enabled: This option is used to activate or deactivate the shipping method.
• Title: The title of the shipping method.

III. Vendor Table Rates Shipping Configuration

From vendor's cpanel click to Configuration top link then click to Shipping tab to setup his flat rate shipping.

Vendor can add multiple flatrate to charge customer.

• Enabled: Vendor can enable/disable the shipping method
• Condition: There are 3 conditions.
• • Weight vs. Destination: vendor can charge shipping cost based on the weight of all items and the destination.
  • Price vs. Destination: vendor can charge shipping cost based on subtotal and destination
  • #of item vs. Destination: vendor can charge shipping cost based on number of item and destination.
• Export: Vendor can export all shipping configuration to csv file.
• Import: Vendor can use this feature to import the table rates.

IV. Customer select vendor shippings

After add product to cart customer can select shipping method for each vendor.

Vendor can see shipping summary on the totals box.

I. Overview

Select And Sell is a plug-in of magento multiple vendors extension.It allows vendor to create products very quickly by copy & modify data from exist products.

II. Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration. Click to "Select And Sell" to explain the field set.

Here you can enable/disable the feature that allow vendor to select and sell the product from frontend. See Section III for more info.

III. Vendor Select And Sell From Frontend

Vendor will search the product from frontend and while viewing the product there will be a button called "Sell Product Like This". Vendor will need to logged in to vendor account to use this feature.

IV. Vendor Select And Sell from vendor cpanel

From vendor cpanel go to menu Catalog -> Manage Products. Click to the Select And Sell Button.

After vendor click to Select And Sell button he will get the list of products that are able to select and sell

Vendor can use filter feature to search the product which he want to sell. then click to the Sell This Product at the end of the row.

After vendor got the select and sell form vendor will just need to fill some info and click to Save button.

I. Overview

Paypal Adaptive Payment plug-in allows website owner handles payments between a sender of a payment and one or more receivers of the payment.

II. Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu System -> Configuration then click to Payment Methods link on left navigation. Find the Paypal Adaptive Payment section.

Click to Configure button to setup the paypal adaptive payment method.

• Payment Type: The type of adaptive payment Parallel or Chained.
  • Parallel: If you own a shopping cart, you are not required to receive payments directly. You can facilitate payments between the sender and receivers that provide the actual goods. With parallel payments, the sender can see the transaction to each receiver.
  • Chained: The sender pays the primary receiver an amount, from which the primary receiver pays secondary receivers. The sender only knows about the primary receiver, not the secondary receivers. The secondary receivers only know about the primary receiver, not the sender.
• Payment Action Type: if you choose payment type is Chained this option will be displayed. You can set the payment to vendor is Instant or Delayed.
  • Instant: Vendor will get the payment as soon as customer pay for the order.
  • Delayed: Payment will be hold in x days then it will be released to vendor.
• Fee Payer: Admin can specify who will pay for paypal fee.
  • Website Owner and Vendors: Each receiver pays their own fee.
  • Customer: Customer pays all paypal fees.Use for Parallel payments only.
  • Website Owner: Website owner pay all paypal fees.Use for Chained payments only.
• Email Associated with PayPal Merchant Account: The paypal email account.
• Sandbox Mode: Enable/disable sandbox mode.
• Enable this Solution: Enable/Disable the payment method.

III. Vendor config paypal payment method

From vendor cpanel click to Configuration top link. Then click to Payment Methods link on left navigation.

Here vendor can set his paypal email account to start getting money from customer.

IV. Admin Manage Delayed Chained payments.

If you use the Delayed Chained payment type you will be able to manage all transactions, release money manually. From admin panel go to menu Vendors -> Paypal Adaptive.

Here you will see all transaction with the status.
• Pending Payment: customer has not paid the orders yet.
• Awaiting for releaseing: Customer has paid for the order and awaiting to transfer money to vendor.
• Completed: customer has paid for the order and money is transferred to vendor too.
• Canceled: Transaction is canceled.

A simple way for customer gets support from vendors. This plug directs customer to the vendors contact page.

II. Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration. Go to Vendor Contact section

Here admin can set the email sender and email template of the vendor contacts form.

III. Vendor Enable Contacts Form

From vendor cpanel click to Configuration top link then click to Contacts link on left navigation.

On this page vendor can enable the contacts feature and set the email to get contacts from customer.

From vendor homepage customer can contact to vendor by clicking to the Contacts link in vendor profile. Customer will be redirected to vendor contacts page.

Seller list plugin allow you to display the list of your vendors on frontend. Customer can go to this page and visit vendor landing page from here.

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration. Go to Seller List section

• Layout of page: Page layout of seller list page.
• Header static block: You can display a static block at the header of seller page.

I. Overview

Product Flatrate Shipping is a new shipping method for marketplace extension that allows vendor to add shipping cost for each product based on countries. Vendor can also set the default rate for all products.

II. Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu System -> Configuration. Click to Shipping Methods tab. Click to "Vendor Shipping Product" to explain the field set.

From vendor cpanel go to Sales -> Tax

• Enabled: This option is used to activate or deactivate the shipping method.

III. Vendor Flatrate Shipping Configuration

Vendor can click to Configuration top link then click to Shipping tab to setup his Product flatrate shipping.

Here vendor can enable/disable the shipping method, set title for the method and set the default shipping cost for all products.

IV. Setup shipping cost for each product

From vendor cpanel, edit a product. There is new product field that allows vendor to setup shipping cost.

Just select the country and set the price for each row.

I. Overview

Vendor Tax plugin allows vendors to manage their own tax for their goods.

II. Manage Product Tax Classes

Vendor can add unlimited tax classes. With this vendor can have different tax or each type of his product.

From vendor cpanel go to Sales -> Tax

Click to New Product Tax Class button to add new class.

• Class Name: The name of tax class.
• Tax Rates: You can add multiple tax rates for current tax class.
• Tax Identifier: this identifier will be used to display on tax summary.
• Country: the country wich you want to apply the rate.
• Region: the region wich you want to apply the rate.
• Zip/ Post Code: The rate will be applied for only this post code. leave blank to apply for all zip/post code.
• Rate Percent: the rate.
• Priority: Priority of the rate.

III. Assign Tax Class to product

Edit a product, on Prices tab you will see the dropdown field called "Vendor Tax Class". Select the tax class from dropdown and click save button.

I. Overview

Vendor Sub Accounts plugin allows vendor to manage his own sub accounts. These subaccount can be used to login to vendor cpanel and manage vendor store. Vendor can set permission for these sub accounts. An example: A vendor can add user that can upload products only and another user that can manage orders, shipments only.

II. Vendor Manage Roles

Vendor can manage roles and set permission for each role.

Click to Add New Role button to add new role.

On Role Resources tab vendor can set permission for each role.

III. Vendor Manage User

Vendor can add multiple users and assigns users to roles.

IV. Work with Advanced Group Plugin

If you use the Advanced Group plugin you will be able to disable the vendor sub accounts feature for each vendor group and you can also set the limit for number of vendor sub account.

I. Overview

Vendor Review plug-in allows customer to leave reviews for vendor after his buy a product from vendor. Other customer will be able to see all reviews/ratings of vendors.

II. Admin Manage Reviews And Ratings

a. Manage Ratings

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Reviews and Ratings -> Manage Ratings

From this page you can manage all ratings.

b. Manage Reviews

Go to menu Vendors -> Review and Ratings -> Manage Reviews

Admin can manage all reviews from vendors.

Admin can also edit a review.

III. Customer Leave Review For Vendor

After customer place and pay for order he will be notified to leave a review for the vendor.

When customer click to notification link he will be redirect to review page:

On this page, customer can leave review and rating for vendor. A customer can leave multiple review for vendor but each order customer can only leave one review for vendor.

 

Vendor reviews will be display under vendor profile block so customer can see it easily and decide to buy products from this vendor or not.

If you install the price comparison plugin the vendor reviews will be displayed on the price comparison table too.

IV. Vendor Manage Reviews

Vendor can see last 5 reviews from his dashboard when he login to vendor cpanel.

 

Vendor can see all reviews which customer left for him by go to Sales -> Review and Rating.

Vendors are not able to edit or delete customer reviews.

I. Overview

With Livechat plugins merchant can answer customers immediately, keep them browsing his store and save the sale.

II. Extension Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration. Afer you install the Live Chat plugin you will see new configuration section "Vendor Live Chat".

Here website owner can change the theme color and the header text color of the chatbox.

III. Vendor Configuration

Vendor can change the text that will display on the chatbox

• Top Title: The title of chatbox
• Offline message: The message that is displayed on chat button when the vendor is offline
• Online Message: The message that is displayed on chat button when vendor is online

IV. Vendor Live Chat Dashboard

From vendor cpanel vendor go to menu: Live Chat -> Dashboard. On Live Chat Dashboard vendor will see all active chat, incoming chat.

Vendor can change his availability status to Online, Busy, Invisible or Ofline.

When an incomming chat comes, vendor can view the detail info of the visitor then vendor can accept chat or decline the chat.

The vendor can chat with multiple visitors at a time. Vendor can End Chat manually.

If the vendor go to other page instead of Live Chat Dashboard he can still chat with the visitor.

Vendor can accept/decline the incomming chat from any where.

V. Customer request for chat

Customer will go to marketplace website then visit to vendor page he will see the live chat button. Customer can send the chat request to vendor easy.

After the chat request is accepted by vendor customer can send messages directly to vendor.

I. Overview

Vendor Category plug-in allows vendor to manage and display products by categories. This will help the customer find products much easier.

II. Vendor Manage Categories

From vendor cpanel go to menu Catalog -> Manage Categories.

Vendor can add multiple level categories. Click to New Category button to add new category or select a category from left side and click to Add Subcategory to add a subcategory for the selected category.

Vendor need to set general information of category : name, parent category, is active, sort order, description. Vendor can also set the URL key and Meta information for the category. It's great feature for SEO.

Vendor can also change the layout of the category to 1 column, 2 columns left, 2 columns right or 3 columns.

III. Vendor Category Page

On vendor home page customer will see the list of categories.

Click on a category link to see all products of that category.

I. Overview

Vendor Vacation plugin allows vendors can show a notice message on their store/product pages if they are on vacation.

II. Vendor Configuration

From vendor cpanel click to the configuration top menu. Then click to Vacation tab in left sidebar. On this page vendor can set configs for vacation.

• Vacation Status: This option is used to enable or disable vacation function for vendors.
• Message: This message will be displayed on all vendor pages and on product page of vendor.
• Vacation Date From: The start date of the vacation.
• Vacation Date To: the end date of vacation.
• Disable All Products: If this option is set to yes all of vendor's products will be hidden on main website within vacation date.

III. Admin view vendors which are on vacation

On admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Vacation to see all vendors which are on vacation.

IV. Frontend

When customers visit to vendor page they will be notified that the vendor store is in vacation So customer can decide to purchase products from this vendor or not.

Customers are also notified when he view a products from main website.

I. Overview

Vendor Reports plugin allows vendor to obtain sales information. This is very helpful tool for vendor to conclusions about the status of vendor store..

II. Sales Report

This report type allows vendor to see number of orders, sales items, sales total, invoiced, refunded per period time. From vendor cpanel go to Reports -> Sales -> Orders

• Period: You can choose the period to view report per day, month, year
• From: View report from this day
• To: View report to this day
• Order Status: You can filter report by specialized order status
• Empty Rows: You can hide rows that do not have data
• Show Actual Values: You can show revenue and profit column using this option

III. Best Seller Report

This report displays information about the products your customers most frequently purchased over a period of time. From vendor cpanel go to Reports -> Products -> Bestseller

• Period: You can choose the period to view report per day, month, year.
• From: View report from this day.
• To: View report to this day.
• Empty Rows: You can hide rows that do not have data.

IV. Products Ordered

This report displays number of products is solded per period time.

From vendor cpanel go to Reports -> Products -> Products Ordered

• From: View report from this day
• To: View report to this day
• Show By: You can choose the period to view report per day, month, year

V. Most Viewed

This report type allows vendor to see number of views of each product per period time.

From vendor cpanel go to Reports -> Products -> Most Viewed

• Period: You can choose the period to view report per day, month, year

VI. Low Stock

This report displays all products that have low stock of vendor.

From vendor cpanel go to Reports -> Products -> Low Stock

I. Overview

Vendor Multiple Flatrate Shipping plugin allows vendor to setup multiple flatrate shipping. Vendor can set the title and price for each rate. With this plugin customer will be able to select shipping method by each vendor.

II. Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu System -> Configuration. Click to Shipping Methods tab. Click to "Vendor Flat Rate" to explain the field set.

• Enabled: This option is used to activate or deactivate the shipping method.
• Title: The title of the shipping method.

III. Vendor Flatrate Shipping Configuration

If vendor has not set up his flatrates shipping he will be notified to set it up.

Vendor can click to the link Setup Shipping Rates Now or click to Configuration top link then click to Shipping tab to setup his flat rate shipping.

Vendor can add multiple flatrate to charge customer.

• Identifier: The identifier of the shipping rate to separate with other shipping rate. This option must to be unique.
• Title: The title of shipping rate.
• Type: The shipping cost will be calculated per order or per item.
• Price: Price of the shipping rate.
• Free Shipping: Minimum Order Amount to get Free Shipping. Leave blank to cancel this option.
• Sort Order: This option is used to sort shipping rates.

IV. Customer select vendor shippings

After add product to cart customer can select shipping method for each vendor.

Vendor can see shipping summary on the totals box.

I. Overview

Add message system to vendor dashboard so vendor will be able to receive message from customer to ask questions about product and service. Vendor will be notified via email when a customer send him a message.

II. Configuration

From Admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration. Go to section Message.

• Enable WYSIWYG editor for message composer box: This option will allow admin can enable/disable the WYSIWYG editor from message composer box
• Message notification template: This notification email will be sent every time new message arrives
• Email Sender: This email is used to sender of the notification email

III. Customer Send Message To Vendor

On vendor home page customer will see on the profile box the message icon. Customer can click to that message icon to send message to vendor.

A small message box will be display at the bottom-right of page.

Only logged in customer can send message to vendor.

Customer can see all reply messages from vendor from customer dashboard.

IV. Vendor Manages Messages

From vendor cpanel vendor can manage all messages which are sent from all customers. After login to vendor cpanel vendor can see how many unread message from header top of the panel.

Vendor go to Message -> Inbox to see all messages which are sent from customer.

Click to a message to view and reply to that message.

 

Or vendor can click to New Message button to send message to a customer.

Vendor can also view Ourbox (all message which is sent from current vendor), Trash (all messages which are deleted).

I. Overview

Masster Password Plugin allows admin can login to any vendor account using a master password. Admin can defind this master password from admin configuration.

II. Configuration

From admin panel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration.

On Vendor Master Password section admin can set the master password. Admin can use this password to login to any of vendor account.

Mass Import/Export Products plugin allows seller adds a large number of products to his store instead of add one by one product. It also support for mass import/export product stocks.

II. Extension Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration. Afer you install the Mass Import/Export Products plugin you will see new configuration section "Import/Export Products".

 

• CSV Import Profile.

  This profile will be used to import csv files. You can add profiles from Vendors -> Import/Export -> Dataflow - Profiles

• XML Import Profile.

  This profile will be used to import xml files. You can add profiles from Vendors -> Import/Export -> Dataflow - Profiles

• Sample Import Files.

  The cms block that displays all sample csv file for importing. This will be very helpful for vendor.

• Export Profiles.

  These profiles will be used to export products

• Not Exported Attributes.

  These selected attributes will not be exported

III. Manage Profiles

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Import/Export -> Dataflow - Profiles.

IV. Vendor Manage Product Images

In vendor cpanel go to menu Import/Export -> Manage Images. On this page vendor can manage all of his product images which are used for importing.

These images are used for importing only. after the products are importd the importer will get a copy of these images to product media folder. and vendor can delete these product after the products are imported.

V. Vendor Import Products

In vendor cpanel go to menu Import/Export -> Import.

On this page vendor can upload multiple csv/xml file. then he can import them any time by click to Import link at the end of each row.

VI. Vendor Export Products

In vendor cpanel go to menu Import/Export -> Export.

On this page vendor can see all exported files. he can download them by clicking to the file name.

Vendor can export products by click to Export Products button

Select the export type and enter the filename then click export. Vendor will get the states of the exporting.

I. Overview

With Banner Manager plug-in of Magento marketplace extension vendor is allowed to manage images banner on their website. He will be able to add images and put them to any position of his page. The Banner Manager plug-in supports for add image slider too

II. Manage Banners

From Vendor Cpanel go to menu CMS-> Banner Manager -> Banners

Click Add Banner to add new banner

  Identifier: This field is used to identify the banner. Title: The title of banner. Status: Enabled/Disabled Description: Some text to describe about the banner.   Type: Banner type, the extension supports many banner type. Effect: Effect of banner. Display Description: You can use this option to display description of banner on frontend. Width:Width of the banner. Height: Height of the banner Delay(ms): This option is used for banner slider that is the time for banner slides to next image.   Banner Items: this tab display all banner items of the banner.   Implement Code: Display the code to use on static page or staic block.

III. Manage Banner Items

From vendor cpanel go to menu CMS -> Banner Manager -> Items

Click Add Item button to add new banner item. Each banner item will be an image. You may need to set the banner for banner item so the banner item will be displayed inside banner. You can set start date and end date for the banner item. Implement code is used to add the banner item (image) to static page or static block.

I. Overview

With Advanced Group plugin, website owner can set limitations for each vendor group. In example all vendor in Bronze group can only add 20 products, does not allow to manage categories, does not allow to cuztomize his pages...

II. Set Permission For Each Group

From admin cpanel edit a vendor group (go to menu Vendors -> Manage Groups). After you install the Advanced Group plugin you will see new tab "Advanced Options".

Here you can set permission vendor group. With standard package you will have only Product permission. If you install plugins you will get other permission on this tab.

I. Overview

Add Product Form plugins allows vendor to add products easier. Vendor will need to select categories and product type before enter product information. Each category will be related to an attribute set. The attribute set from selected category will be used to prepare for the product.

II. Relate attribute set for categories

From admin cpanel go to menu Catalog -> Categories. Click to a category to edit. On General Information tab you will see new option called "Attribute Set". You need to set the attribute set to relate to the current category.

You need to set the attribute set for all of your categories.

III. Vendor Add Products

From vendor cpanel go to menu Catalog -> Manage Products then click to Add Product button.

Vendor will see the add product form to let you select categories and product type. Vendor need to select category and child category to continue adding product.

Vendor can also search for category which you want to put his product on.

After the categories and product type are selected click to continue button to add product information. The attribute set from last child of selected categories will be used to prepare for new product.

I. Overview

Content Management System plug-in allows vendor to manage his static content and static pages. Vendor will able to add unlimited static pages for Privacy policy, Terms & Conditions, Customer services ... and add static blocks to any position on his pages.

II. Manage Static Pages

This feature allows vendor to manage his own static pages. Vendor can add some static pages like Privacy policy, Terms & Conditions, Customer Services, ...

From Vendor Cpanel go to menu CMS-> Pages

Click to Add New Page button to add a static page

• Page Title: Title of the static page.
• URL Key: This key is used to define the page. So the page on frontend will be like this: http:///www.mainwebsite.com/vendor_id/url_key
• Status: The status of page. Enabled/Disabled
• Layout: The layout of static page: 1 column, 2 columns left, 2 column right and 3 columns.
• Content Heading: The heading of the page.
• Meta Keywords: Keywords of the page which is used for SEO.
• Meta Description: Meta description of the page which is used for SEO.

III. Manage Static Block

This feature allow vendor can define static blocks to use on static page or use with Frontend App to place static content to any where of vendor pages.

Click to Add New Block button to add new static block.

Block Title: The title of static block, this is used to identify the block only. Identifier: The identifier of static block. This is used to call static block from cms page or frontend app.

Status

: Status of block Enabled/Disabled Content: Content of static block. You can put text or html to the content of static block.

IV. Frontend Apps

This feature is used to place any fronend app to any position of vendor pages. Frontend apps includes static blocks, and other apps from other plugins like banner manager, category menu, feature products. From vendor cpanel go to menu CMS -> Frontend Apps

Click Add New Frontend App Instance to add new app instance

Select the app type which you want to add.

Type: The app type which you choose from previous step.

Frontend App Instance Title: The title of app instance. this is used to separate the app.

Sort Order: The order of app instance. This is use to sort instances when you have multiple instances in a position.

Layout Updates: This function allow you add positions which you want to app instance displays on.

With Vendor Home Page plug-in, each vendors will have his own page to display his store information and list all products so customer can navigate to vendor page and buy more products from this vendor when he feel glad from the vendor service.

II. Extension Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration. Afer you install the Vendor Home Page plugin you will see new configuration section "Vendor Page".

There are two types of URL of vendor page:

• http://www.mainwebsite.com/URL_KEY/VENDOR_ID if you set value for URL Key configuration.
• http://www.mainwebsite.com/VENDOR_ID if you leave the URL Key field as blank.

III. Vendor Page

In the default vendor page will have same design as main website. There is a vendor profile block on left side and all vendor products will be listed on main side.

IV. Vendor Configuration

From vendor cpanel click to Configuration top link. Then on left side click to Design tab. Here vendor can set some configurations for his home page.

• Vendor Profile Position: Vendor can set the position of vendor profile block to left, right or content.
• Layout: Vendor can set the layout of his home page to 1column, 2 columns left, 2 columns right or 3 columns.
• List Mode: Vendor can set the list mode of product list.
• Number of products per row: Vendor can set the number of products per row for the product list.

I. Overview

Magento Marketplace is a multiple vendor marketplace extension. A vendor can create his own seller account on the marketplace website. Vendors can easily add and manage their own products within the MarketPlace.

Customers will visit to Marketplace website, search and buy products. Money will be transferred to Marketplace owner and system will add the money to the vendors credit account. Website owners can charge additional fees for each transaction the Vendor gains. Vendors can then withdraw the money from his credit account to his bank or paypal at any time.

Vendors can manage orders, create shipments for orders.then ship products to customer all from a very easy to use management interface.

Customer can leave reviews/ratings for Vendors every time an order is placed, allowing for a very safe shopping experience for all.

II. Configuration

From admin cpanel go to menu Vendors -> Configuration.

1. General

a. Extension Mode

There are three modes of the marketplace extension:

• General: In this mode all products in shopping cart from vendors will be processed together to one order. vendor can only see some information about the order. Vendor can not see products of other vendors from order.

• Advanced: In this mode products on shopping cart will be separated by vendors and they will be processed by each vendor. Vendor can have full access to his orders,invoices,shipments,creditmemo.

• Advanced X: In this mode products on shopping cart will NOT be separated by vendors. One shopping cart is used for all vendor products, one time checkout for all vendor products and orders are still splitted by each vendor. Vendor can have full access to his orders, invoices, shipments, creditmemo.THIS MODE WILL WORK WITH ONLY SOME PAYMENT METHODS(tested with Check Money Order, Cash On Delivery, Purchase Order, Saved CC, paypal pro - credit card only).

b. Calculate Commission Based On

With this option you can choose how to calculate commission. Note that the Grandtotal, Subtotal, Subtotal After Discount can be used with Advanced or Advanced X only. Item Row Total can be used for General Mode only.

c. Header Logo

You can set the header logo of vendor cpanel page using this option.

d. Footer Html

You can set the footer text of vendor cpanel page using this option.

2. Creat New Account Options

a. Enable vendor register

If this option is set to No, vendor will not be able to register from frontend.

b. Vendor Approval

If this option is set to Yes, after vendor account need to be reviewed and approved by admin.

c. Default Group

After vendor register his account will be assigned to this group.

d. Default Welcome Email

The welcome email will be sent vendor after his register vendor account.

e. Email Sender

System will use this email to set for from field of the welcome email.

f. Require Emails Confirmation

If this option is set toYes, Vendor email account need to be verified. A verification email with a verification link will be sent to vendor email. After vendor click to the verification link his email account will be verified.

g. Confirmation Link Email

This email will be sent if the option "Require Emails Confirmation" is set to "Yes". It contains steps to verify vendor email account.

h. Welcome Email

This email will be sent instead of default welcome email, after account confirmation.

3. Password Options

a. Forgot Email Template

This email is sent when vendor use the forgot password function with instruction about how to reset password.

b. Remind Email Template

This email is sent after vendor click to reset password link from "Forgot Email".

c. Forgot and Remind Email Sender

System will use this email to set for from field of the forgot email.

d. Recovery Link Expiration Period (days)

After submit the forgot password form he will get an email with recovery password link. This link will be expired after this time.

4. Catalog

a. Available Attribute Sets

Only selected attribute sets are available for vendor.

b. Available Product Type

Only selected product types care available for vendor.

c. Product Approval

If this option is set to 'Yes' vendor products need to be reviewed and approved by admin.

d. Product approved notification email

This notification email will be sent when the product is reviewed and approved.

e. Product rejected notification email

This notification email will be sent when the product is reviewed and rejected.

f. Email Sender

System will use this email to set for from field of the product notifiattion email.

5. Sales

a. Vendor can view order comments history

b. Vendor can submit order comments

c. Vendor can view payment info

d. Vendor can view invoices

e. Vendor can view creditmemo

f. Enable New Order Notification Email

If this option is set to Yes, the order notification email will be sent to vendor when new order is placed.

6. Credit

a. Credit Balance Change Email

This notification email will be sent to vendor when his credit balance is changed.

b. New Withdrawal Email

This notification email will be sent to vendor when he submit a withdrawal request.

c. Withdrawal Success Email

This notification email will be sent to vendor when he withdrawal request is approved.

d. Withdrawal Rejected Email

This notification email will be sent to vendor when he withdrawal request is rejected.

III. Manage Vendor Groups

The Magento marketplace provides the ability to manage vendors by group. You can set commission for each group by percent of any order or fixed amount. So you can set up different commission for each group e.g. Free vendor will need to pay 15% for each order, Gold vendors, who pay $100/month, will not need be charged any fee per order.

IV. Manage Vendors

From admin panel go to menu Vendors -> Manage Vendors to manage vendor accounts.

On this page you are able to add, edit, delete, update status of vendor accounts.

V. Review and Approve products

After vendor add a product the product status will be Not Submited and this product has not been available on main website yet.

Vendor will need to edit the product and he will see new button "Submit For Approval". Vendor will need to click to this button to request for product approval.

After click to this button the product status will be come Pending and wait for admin review and approve it.

From your admin panel go to memu Vendors -> Pending Products

On this page admin are able to see all pending products which are submited by vendor for approval. All pending products are not available on main website. Admin can select products and approve or reject products.

VI. Withdrawal

1. Manage Payment Methods

Admin can manage all payment methods that support for vendor withdrawal. These payment methods will be available for vendors when they submit a withdrawal request.

2. Pending Withdrawal

On this page admin can see all withdrawal request of vendors. Admin will view a request and mark the withdrawal as complete or reject the request for some reasons. Admin can add the note for the request.

3. All Withdrawal

On this page admin can see all withdrawals which is sent from vendors (including pending and complete requests).

4. Vendor Submit Withdrawal

From vendor cpanel go to menu Credit -> Withdraw Funds.

On this step vendor will need to enter the amount which he want to withdraw and the bank account or paypal, money booker, ... email account. After all information is filled click to Continue button.

This step just show all information which you entered on previous steps. Click Submit to send the withdrawal request.

5. Vendor View Withdrawal History

From vendor cpanel go to menu Credit -> Withdrawal History

Here vendor can see all withdrawal requests with status.

VII. Manage Vendor Attributes

From Admin panel go to Vendors -> Manage Vendor Attributes. Here admin can manage all vendor attributes.

Admin can add unlimited attributes for vendor. Supported input type are Text Field, Text Area, Yes/No, Date, Multiple Select and Dropdown.

VIII. Manage Transactions

1. Admin

Admin can see all transactions from all vendors and Admin can create new transaction to add or subtract vendor credit.

2. Vendor

Vendor can view all transactions from vendor cpanel.

IX. Vendor Login

From Admin panel go to Vendors -> Manage Vendor Attributes. Here admin can manage all vendor attributes.

Vendor can login by click to the top links of the main website.

The vendor login page has the format like this: http://www.yourwebsite.com/vendors

X. Vendor Register

The marketplace extension allows vendor and sellers to register for an account to start selling products on the marketplace website. You can disable this feature from configuration as well.

XI. Vendor Dashboard

From the vendor dashboard, vendors will have an overview about their store. The vendor will able to see the credit amount, total sales, last 5 orders, last 5 transactions.

XII. Vendor Manage Products

From vendor dashboard go to menu Catalog -> Manage Products.

Click to add button to add new product.

Vendor can use only attribute sets and product types which is selected from admin configuration.

The marketplace extension is working fine with these product types.

• Simple Product
• Configurable Product
• Grouped Product
• Virtual Product
• Downloadable Product

XIII. Vendor Manage Orders

Vendors are allowed to manage only their orders.

View order information.

Depends on marketplace mode, vendor can see full information of order or a part of order info.

XIV. Vendor Manage Shipments

Vendor are able to create shipments for orders. From vendor cpanel, view an order and click to Ship to create shipment.

Vendor can create add tracking number for the shipment, Can create shipment for all order item or for just some individual items.

XV. Vendor Account Information

From vendor cpanel page click to Account top link to edit information of vendor account.

XVI. Vendor Configuration

From vendor cpanel page click to Configuration top link to go to vendor configuration page. With standard package vendor will have only configuration for the size of product thumbnail in the product list(vendor cpanel). But here vendor may have many configuration from other plugins.
