When you want to refund a customer's order by credit, our module allows you to transfer the order value to customer's credit balance. By that way, you can keep the money running around your system and the customer can only use the credit to buy another product from your website. In Order viewing page, after clicking on the Credit Memo button, our module shows a text field for you to enter the amount of credit you want to refund :
Click on Refund Offline button after filling amount of credit you want to refund to customer. Once the refund is finished, you can check the transaction on the Manage Transaction.
