Product Description
Bringing Contact Us feature to vendor dashboard so vendor will be able to receive and answer message from customer asking for information about their product and service. Vendor will be notified via email when a customer send him a message.
Customer Contacts Vendor
After installing Vendor Message, a button will be shown inside Vendor Profile block in Vendor page. This button is the link to a quick creating message box, where customer will prepare and send a message to vendor for asking about their product and service.
This message box is including the text editor, so it bring the customer the most comfortable in using just like in Gmail or any famous mailing service.
Vendor Manages Messages
When a customer send a message to vendor, a notification email will be sent to vendor’s mailbox.
For answering the customer’s message, the vendor will go to their Vendor panel, in the left sidebar click to Message, then the mail box will be shown up. This mailbox will be divided into 2 parts:
- The left part (Folder): this is a vertical navigation bar with 3 tabs: In-box, Sent (Out-box) and Trash. All the emails with the corresponding status will be stored in one of three above tabs.
- The right part is the location, where showing all the email stored in each tabs. Beside, emails in each tabs also be grouped by the sender.
When vendor click to a group of email, the system will show him all the email between the sender and vendor including incoming email and replying email. There also has a quick-reply button, when vendor want to answer an email, he will click to that button then a quick-reply box will be shown up with the text editor. So vendor can answer the email without the worries about losing track of another customer email.
Customer Manages Messages
Customer can also manage his messages. In order to access manage messages, the customer will click to the small email icon on the top-right of the website.
This section is designed almost the same with the mailbox in Vendor panel. Here the customer also can manage their email by its status (in-box, sent or trash). The email in customer dashboard also is grouped by request, so the customer can keep track on all the emails sent to many different vendors and also the replying emails back to them.

Installation Guide
Step 1: Disable Compilation.
- Log into Magento Admin Panel and go to System -> Tools -> Compilation and disable the compilation.
- After last step you can run the compilation process again.
Step 2. Upload package files.
- Extract the extension package.
- Upload all files and folder inside the step1 folder to your magento root folder.
- After all files in step1 folder is uploaded, upload all files and folder inside the step2 folder to your magento root folder.
Step 3. Clear cache.
- Go to System -> Cache Management. Clear the store cache.
Step 4. Clear cache.
- Go to System -> Cache Management. Clear the store cache.
Step 5. Re-login.
- Log out and log back into Magento Admin Panel.
